As of 8pm on Tuesday, March 23, Premier Doug Ford announced the list of essential workplaces. Orillia ProNet has been listed as an essential service and we will continue to remain open Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. As of July 13, we require all people coming inside our offices to wear a face covering, such as homemade cloth or disposable mask.

To protect our clients and our staff, we will be limiting our in-person contact to critical, business affecting issues that require an on-site visit. Any technician that does need to come on site, will take all precautions to minimize any potential exposure.

We appreciate your patience as we are doing all we can to ensure all of our client’s receive the best possible service! As always, we will continue to monitor the situation, reassess on a daily basis, and provide updates regularly.

Canada Post announced important changes to Canada’s postal service due to COVID-19. They have suspended on-time delivery guarantees for all parcel services, until further notice. In many post offices operated by Canada Post, they have reduced their hours of service during the week days.

Here are a few alternative options in regards to paying invoices:
By credit card – please call in to the office to provide the necessary information
By giving authorization to charge the credit card on file
By pre-authorized debit for a monthly reoccurring invoice (void cheque or direct deposit information)
By e-transfer to admin@nullpronetinc.ca – larger invoices can be paid in multiple e-transfers depending on your banking limits
