As most of you are aware, Encode computer services went out of business in April 2015. Orillia ProNet began maintaining the email services for the long-standing, loyal customers.

As of May 31st 2019, Orillia ProNet will no longer own the domain encode.com. Therefore, you’ll need to migrate your current encode.com email to a new address.
GETTING A NEW EMAIL
All customers with an encode.com email – ex. info@nullencode.com – create a new email address before the aforementioned date.
Some options for these include Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
EMAIL SERVICES WITH ORILLIA PRONET
Orillia ProNet also offers a hosted and managed email domain – orilliapronet.com. If you’d like to create an email with Orillia ProNet – ex. info@nullorilliapronet.com – please contact our office. We charge $5 per month for this service.
Once you have created a new email, we can set up forwarding to your new email address so you don’t miss any emails during the transition.
Please be aware that all encode.com email addresses and forwarding will cease to exist as of May 31st.
